   For metal parts from .0001 to 1/32" thick, you cannot beat the photo fabrication process.  When you need prototypes created economically and quickly, our process offers very low tooling cost and lead times as little as one week.  For production, we offer burr free, complex shapes in aluminum, plain and stainless steel, through alloy and exotic metals such as Beryllium Copper and Inconel.  Hole diameters and webbing as small as .001, with tolerance as close as .0005.
